About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources functions. You’ll oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring, onboarding, and orientation for new employees.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews and employee development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
