HR Manager

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

- Oversee and execute employee appraisals and performance evaluations.

- Prepare and monitor employee goal sheets to align with organizational objectives.

- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, employee welfare schemes, and HR regulations.

- Design and implement HR policies and procedures for effective people management.

- Handle employee relations, including conflict management and grievance redressal.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Candidate will sit in Moti nagar and visit factory twice a week in gurgaon sector 14. 6 days working.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
