- Employee Relations:
- Handling employee grievances and conflicts.
- Mediating disputes between employees or between employees and management.
- Promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee morale.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administering employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conducting salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Managing employee benefits enrollment and administration.
- Compliance and Legal Issues:
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Handling legal issues related to employment, such as discrimination claims or labor disputes.
- Health and Safety:
- Implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conducting safety training for employees.
- Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations.
- HR Administration:
- Managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software.
- Maintaining employee records and databases.
- Processing payroll and managing employee benefits.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contributing to the development of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters.
