  • Developing job descriptions and specifications.

  • Onboarding and Orientation:
  • Facilitating the smooth transition of new hires into the company.
  • Conducting orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Ensuring that necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identifying training needs within the company.
  • Developing training programs or sourcing external training providers.
  • Implementing training sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management:
  • Establishing performance standards and objectives.
  • Conducting performance appraisals.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Handling employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Mediating disputes between employees or between employees and management.
  • Promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee morale.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administering employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conducting salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Managing employee benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Compliance and Legal Issues:
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Handling legal issues related to employment, such as discrimination claims or labor disputes.
  • Health and Safety:
  • Implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conducting safety training for employees.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations.
  • HR Administration:
  • Managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software.
  • Maintaining employee records and databases.
  • Processing payroll and managing employee benefits.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Contributing to the development of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)
  • HR: 3 years (Preferred)
  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
