Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Drive HR system implementation and process improvement.
• Act as an advisor to leadership on people-related strategies.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and build a culture of trust and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration (Master’s or HR certifications are a plus).

Experience & Skills Required:

• 4–7 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR tools, best practices, and labor laws.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work confidently with employees at all levels.
