Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position in the Lahore District. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance. This role involves shaping and implementing HR policies that align with organizational goals while cultivating a supportive and high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of HR principles, best practices, and labor laws
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong integrity and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR tools/software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
