Circle of Life is growing and we’re looking for an HR Manager to join our corporate office in Shoreview. Circle of Life is a leading home care agency serving 6 states. Position Duties Include

  • Manage the staffing process,
    including interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop training materials to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep strategy up to date.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle.
  • Manage leave of absences/FMLA.

Qualifications
Qualified applicants should be comfortable working in the Microsoft Office Suite. Applicants should have excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. This position also requires applicants to be comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged. Applicant must be willing to travel.
