HR Manager

• Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Human Resources Industry: Roadways / Mobility

• Qualification & Experience:
• MSW / MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete HR operations including policy implementation, recruitment, payroll, and attendance management
• Maintain employee records and ensure statutory and legal compliance
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management
• Possess strong knowledge of labor laws, service laws, and industrial relations
• Lead HR process improvements, employee engagement, and training initiatives
• Support management in workforce planning and performance management

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Good understanding of labor and employment laws
• Male candidates preferred
• Ideal age around 40 years
• 10–12 years of experience in managing all aspects of HR and Administration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
