Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at our Nagpur location. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR management tasks. Daily responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,219.40 - ₹59,487.24 per month
