Work Location: RA puram , Chennai (Work from Office ONLY)

Experience: 10 years plus till 18 years.

INVOLVES Travel to Offices in Vanagaram and visits (once in 2 months)to center's in Thiruvannamalai, Hosur and Tumkur.

Responsibilties:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
  • Performance Management
  • Drive performance appraisal processes.
  • Guide managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and career development.
  • Identify high performers and succession planning needs.
  • Learning & Development
  • Assess training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Implement leadership development and upskilling initiatives.
  • Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Draft and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation planning.
  • HR Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain HRMIS/HRIS records and generate reports.
  • Track HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, hiring timelines, etc.).
  • Drive HR automation and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10 year pluss of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
