Role Overview

As HR Manager, you will lead all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management across the company.

Develop HR policies, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and manage payroll coordination.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.

Support leadership with workforce planning and HR analytics.

Promote a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/HR certification preferred).

✅ 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in financial services or corporate sectors in the UAE.

✅ Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.

✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

✅ Professional, discreet, and culturally aware.
