Job description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to help take our company to the next level by building a strong, motivated team and ensuring top-quality HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR management experience in the Middle East, preferably within the tourism or interior design sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Administration
- Manage all administrative aspects of employment (contracts, payroll, attendance, leaves, benefits, end-of-service, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases.
- Liaise with payroll providers and government entities (MOHRE, social insurance, etc.).
2. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Identify staffing needs with department heads.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions and advertisements.
- Conduct interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
3. Training and Development
- Design and implement annual training plans (safety, customer service, leadership, etc.).
- Monitor performance appraisals and development goals.
- Support career progression, talent retention, and succession planning.
4. Employee Relations and Work Environment
- Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace aligned with company values.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Handle grievances and disciplinary matters confidentially and fairly.
- Promote teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
5. HR Strategy and Performance
- Contribute to the company’s HR strategy in line with business growth and regional expansion.
- Track and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, training hours, labor costs).
- Provide insights and reports to management to support decision-making.
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical
- Strong knowledge of UAE and Middle East labor laws.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business tools (CRM, ERP).

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR management.
- Proven experience in the GCC region (especially UAE) is a strong advantage.
