Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, driving talent acquisition, retention, and development

- Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring the best talent is attracted and retained

- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, address grievances, and provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions

- Training and Development: Identify training needs, design, and implement programs to enhance employee skills and performance

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies

- Performance Management: Develop and monitor performance appraisal systems, driving high performance and growth
