Job Description:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance.
  • Oversee training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Handle compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters.
Skills Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is essential.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic (bilingual).
