Asset Homez International Properties is a leading real estate brokerage firm in Dubai, specializing in luxury property sales, off-plan projects, and investment advisory. We are a performance-driven organization where people, culture, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.
We are expanding and seeking a real estate experienced HR Manager & Operations Head to lead our HR function and handle company-wide operations.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources:

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and strategic HR initiatives.
• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding & documentation.
• Manage employee records, contracts, visa processes, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Lead performance evaluations, KPIs, and employee engagement activities.
• Address employee concerns, resolve disputes, and manage disciplinary actions.

Operations Management:

• Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Coordinate with sales, admin, and marketing teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Vendor management, procurement, and asset/equipment allocation (laptops, CRM access, etc.).
• Analyze operational KPIs and submit reports to management.
• Optimize internal processes to support company growth and productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR & Operations management in real estate.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR documentation, and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multitask, and meet deadlines.
