Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation accurately.
• Resolve employee relations issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years in HR, preferably with managerial experience.
Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
