We are hiring an HR Manager with strong knowledge in clothing or retail industry.

The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, attendance, payroll, staff discipline, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and salary processing
• Handle staff issues, discipline, and motivation
• Support management in planning manpower and store HR policies
• Maintain smooth coordination between store and management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in HR (retail or clothing industry)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of attendance, payroll, and compliance

Salary: Based on experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
