Job Description

Our client, a leading dyeing mill in Gangapuram, Chithode, is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll, employee relations, and workforce management within the mill environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.

Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.

Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Factory Act, and other statutory norms.

Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.

Support management in HR policies, training, and performance evaluation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration.

4–6 years of HR experience (preferably in textile/dyeing mills).

Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance.

Good communication and people-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
