Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution while maintaining a healthy work environment.

  • Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to support professional growth and productivity.Identify training needs, organize learning programs, and promote continuous skill development.Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee benefits administration.Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.Ensure the organization adheres to statutory regulations and employment laws.Plan and execute engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports for management decisions.Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Experience with HR software or HRMS platforms is an advantage.
