HR Manager – UBIXA Private Limited

Location: Amravati, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time

UBIXA Private Limited is a growing organization involved in precision measuring instruments, testing solutions, and industrial equipment. We are a performance-driven company that values innovation, accountability, and people. We are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to build a strong organizational culture and streamline our people processes as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for various roles (technical, sales, admin, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, post on portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and finalize offers.
  • Design and implement onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
  • Promote a positive work environment and handle employee grievances effectively.
  • Plan team-building activities, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one discussions or feedback sessions with team members.

3. Performance Management

  • Develop and maintain a fair and transparent performance appraisal system.
  • Work with department heads to define KRAs and KPIs for each role.
  • Facilitate periodic reviews and ensure timely feedback and performance discussions.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, payroll, documentation, etc.).
  • Ensure statutory compliance under labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
  • Manage HRMS or related tools for attendance and payroll processing.
  • Update and implement HR policies and employee handbook as per company requirements.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and design training programs for employee development.
  • Coordinate with external trainers or internal leads for workshops and learning sessions.
  • Create career progression frameworks for various roles.

6. Strategic HR & Leadership Support

  • Assist management in organizational planning and manpower forecasting.
  • Provide HR insights and analytics to leadership for decision-making.
  • Contribute to building a strong employer brand in Amravati and beyond.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour law compliance, and modern HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (Zoho People, GreytHR, or similar) preferred.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
