We are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to build a strong organizational culture and streamline our people processes as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for various roles (technical, sales, admin, etc.).
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, post on portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and finalize offers.
- Design and implement onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
- Promote a positive work environment and handle employee grievances effectively.
- Plan team-building activities, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular one-on-one discussions or feedback sessions with team members.
3. Performance Management
- Develop and maintain a fair and transparent performance appraisal system.
- Work with department heads to define KRAs and KPIs for each role.
- Facilitate periodic reviews and ensure timely feedback and performance discussions.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, payroll, documentation, etc.).
- Ensure statutory compliance under labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
- Manage HRMS or related tools for attendance and payroll processing.
- Update and implement HR policies and employee handbook as per company requirements.
5. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and design training programs for employee development.
- Coordinate with external trainers or internal leads for workshops and learning sessions.
- Create career progression frameworks for various roles.
6. Strategic HR & Leadership Support
- Assist management in organizational planning and manpower forecasting.
- Provide HR insights and analytics to leadership for decision-making.
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand in Amravati and beyond.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour law compliance, and modern HR practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (Zoho People, GreytHR, or similar) preferred.
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
