Job Title: HR Manager

Experience – 5-8 Years

Working Days- Monday – Friday

Timing- US Based Shifts

Location – Sector 62, Noida (On-site)- (Only candidates from Delhi, Noida/NCR will be preferred)

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring legal compliance, managing the HR team, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Policy Development
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across levels and functions.
  • Drive sourcing strategies and employer branding.
  • Oversee a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires
  • Performance Management
  • Facilitate goal setting, appraisal cycles, and continuous feedback mechanisms
  • Lead performance improvement plans (PIP) where required.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a motivated workforce.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, inclusion, and open communication.
  • Learning & Development
  • Identify training needs and roll out relevant L&D programs.
  • Coordinate leadership development initiatives and career growth plans.
  • Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations
  • Supervise payroll inputs, leave management, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date HRIS and employee records.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to deliver efficient and empathetic support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience 5–8 years as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and HR software/HRIS.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
