Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team . The ideal candidate will have an IT background and a passion for supporting our employees in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of IT candidates.

- Employee Relations:

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.

- Performance Management:

- Assist in implementing performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.

- Training & Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills in IT-related areas.

- Compliance & Policy Implementation:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Assist in updating and communicating HR policies to employees.

- Administrative Support:

- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.

- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT environment.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of IT industry standards and roles.

- Experience with employee engagement initiatives.

- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.

Working Conditions:

- Night shift hours 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
