We’re Hiring: HR & Admin Manager (5+ Years Experience)

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Are you an experienced HR professional with a knack for organization and operations? We’re looking for a HR & Admin Manager who can lead our people strategy while ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Design and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Develop training, development, and retention programs to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff on all HR matters.

Administration:

  • Supervise overall office administration, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and event organization.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Manage housekeeping, maintenance, and office upkeep to ensure a smooth working environment.
  • Support budgeting and cost control for administrative expenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and office management tools.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
