Position: HR Manager

Location: Karachi (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
• Oversee employee engagement, performance evaluations, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on people-related matters.
• Drive training and development initiatives to build a strong company culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a tech or service-based organization.
• Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR tools and Microsoft Office.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
