Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions across both online and offline operations. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of managing HR processes that support both in-centre and remote teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Source, screen, and hire qualified teachers and staff for both online and offline classes.
  • Conduct interviews, manage onboarding, and ensure smooth induction for new employees.
  • Staff Management:
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate schedules for teachers, administrative, and support staff.
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures professionally.
  • Training & Development:
  • Organize regular training sessions to enhance teaching and administrative skills.
  • Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for professional growth.
  • Payroll & Compliance:
  • Prepare payroll data and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursement.
  • Maintain compliance with labour laws and institutional policies.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Plan staff meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work culture.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Serve as the link between management and employees.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations across both physical and digital platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in HR management, preferably in an educational or service-based organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in hybrid (online + offline) settings.

Work Schedule:

  • Offline: Regular hours at the tuition centre.
  • Online: Coordination with remote teaching staff and digital HR management tasks.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
