Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Coimbatore (Branches – Peelamedu & Gandhipuram)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience Required: 3–6 years

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations across our Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Performance Management, KRAs & KPIs, Employee Relations, and Grievance Handling, ensuring a positive and productive work environment across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement Performance Management Systems (PMS), including setting and reviewing KRAs/KPIs.
• Handle employee grievances effectively and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain healthy employee relations and promote engagement initiatives.
• Conduct branch visits (Peelamedu & Gandhipuram) to ensure HR processes are aligned.
• Support in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports, track attendance, leave, and performance data.
• Conduct HR meetings and communicate updates across teams.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR generalist or HR business partner roles.
• Strong understanding of Performance Management, KPI setting, and Employee Engagement.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between branches regularly (Peelamedu & Gandhipuram).
