We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager with a strong background in BPO hiring to lead our recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously, maintaining a strong LinkedIn presence, and ensuring end-to-end recruitment delivery for various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- BPO Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle for call center, ensuring timely hiring based on business needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Multi-position Hiring: Handle multiple open roles across various departments.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews, shortlisting, and initial assessments to identify the right fit for each position.
- HR Operations: Assist in onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with departments for staffing needs.
- Employer Branding: Build and maintain a strong company image on LinkedIn and other platforms to attract top talent.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and streamline recruitment processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in BPO/call center hiring
- A strong LinkedIn profile and experience in professional networking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize recruitment needs across departments
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, HR software, and spreadsheets
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
Shift availability:
- Night Shift_On Site only (6 pm to 3 am) _
- Company-provided transport facility for Females
- Salary Range: 100,000 to 130,000 Rs
