Key Responsibilities:1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business goals.
  • Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Lead HR projects, such as compensation reviews, organizational restructuring, and employee engagement initiatives.

2. Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and career development programs.

3. Employee Relations

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and ensure alignment with employee growth and business goals.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and reward programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure internal equity.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding compensation.

6. Compliance & HR Administration

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage HR systems and databases efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,842.74 per month
