Key Responsibilities:1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business goals.
- Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Lead HR projects, such as compensation reviews, organizational restructuring, and employee engagement initiatives.
2. Recruitment & Talent Management
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and career development programs.
3. Employee Relations
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and ensure alignment with employee growth and business goals.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll, benefits, and reward programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure internal equity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding compensation.
6. Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage HR systems and databases efficiently.
