Urgent Required HR Manager

Job Location : Prahladnagar ,Ahemdabad

Job Time : 9:30 to 6:30

Key Responsibilities  Develop and implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.  Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.  Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management efficiently.  Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).  Plan and execute employee engagement and retention programs.  Conduct staff training and development sessions.  Support performance appraisals and employee career growth initiatives.  Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.  Collaborate with management on workforce planning and HR strategy. Qualifications & Experience  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).  5–8 years of HR experience, ideally in the travel, transport, or service industry.  Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.). Preferred Attributes  Experience managing both office and field staff (drivers, operations team).  Proactive, disciplined, and people-oriented professional.  Committed to building a positive workplace culture and team spirit.
