Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s vision and goals.


Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.


Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and employee development plans.


Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.


Maintain and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.


Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture enhancement.


Manage payroll, benefits administration, and attendance systems in coordination with the finance department.


Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.


Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate internal/external training programs.


Prepare and present HR reports, analytics, and workforce planning updates to management.
