  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll processing by managing attendance, leave, and salary inputs.
  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
  • Assist in training and development programs for employees.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and support positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Manage employee benefits such as PF, ESI, insurance, and reimbursements.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Support exit formalities including resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
