  • Lead HR Operations: Manage the day-to-day functions of the HR department.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Handle the full cycle of recruitment, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes.
  • HR Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by tracking employee information, attendance, and leaves.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • HR Document Management: Prepare and maintain HR documents such as contracts and offer letters.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
