- Lead HR Operations: Manage the day-to-day functions of the HR department.
- Recruitment and Selection: Handle the full cycle of recruitment, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes.
- HR Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by tracking employee information, attendance, and leaves.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- HR Document Management: Prepare and maintain HR documents such as contracts and offer letters.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Communication: Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
