About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, oversee HR operations, and support a positive and high-performing work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with UAE Labour Law.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle processes.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Support training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Advise management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) preferred.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
