About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, oversee HR operations, and support a positive and high-performing work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with UAE Labour Law.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle processes.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Advise management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) preferred.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
