Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and support overall engagement
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Plan and execute training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Monitor performance management and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate with management to understand manpower and business needs
  • Organize team-building activities and maintain a healthy work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR management or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll coordination, and labour regulations
  • Excellent communication, people skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Proactive, organized, and empathetic approach
