Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and support overall engagement
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards
- Plan and execute training programs and employee development initiatives
- Monitor performance management and appraisal processes
- Coordinate with management to understand manpower and business needs
- Organize team-building activities and maintain a healthy work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR management or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll coordination, and labour regulations
- Excellent communication, people skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
- Proactive, organized, and empathetic approach
