Role:

The HR Manager will handle daily HR activities, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and statutory compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports management in all people-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documents.
• Handle employee issues, grievances, and communication.
• Coordinate salary inputs, leave management, and HR reports.
• Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
• Prepare HR letters, policies, and communication notices.
• Support performance reviews and training activities.
• Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements.

Skills Required

• Good communication and people-handling skills.
• Basic HR statutory knowledge.
• Problem-solving and organizing ability.
• MS Office and HR software handling.

Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant experience.
• 3–8 years of HR experience.
