Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
2. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Identify training and development needs for employees.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (freshers can apply).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
