Job Title: Human Resources Executive / HR Manager
Location: Bangalore
CTC: ₹40,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and disciplined HR professional who can strengthen the organization’s HR structure, streamline operations, and build a people-first culture across our PAN India workforce. The candidate will play a key role in reviving old policies, implementing new systems, and ensuring a professional and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy Review & Implementation:
- Review, update, and implement existing HR policies and procedures.
- Develop new HR policies aligned with current labor laws and organizational goals.
- Ensure transparent and consistent communication of policies to all employees.
- Discipline & Compliance:
- Establish a culture of accountability and punctuality across all departments.
- Enforce disciplinary policies and maintain proper documentation for compliance.
- Conduct regular audits on attendance, behavior, and workplace ethics.
- Attendance & Identification Systems:
- Design and implement attendance tracking and biometric/ID systems.
- Ensure accurate attendance records and monthly reconciliation with payroll.
- Monitor and report absenteeism trends and corrective actions.
- Employee Management (PAN India):
- Oversee HR coordination across multiple company locations.
- Maintain updated employee databases and ensure uniform policy implementation nationwide.
- Act as a central HR point of contact for all branches and teams.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Support hiring processes — from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and joining formalities.
- Performance & Engagement:
- Support managers in setting measurable KPIs.
- Plan employee engagement initiatives to foster motivation and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Strong knowledge of HR policy frameworks and compliance.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and attendance management software.
- Ability to manage multi-location employee operations independently.
