We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources functions, support organizational growth, and ensure an excellent employee experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead recruitment efforts: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Support managers in coaching, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Maintain HRIS records, employee files, and HR metrics reporting.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and time-off tracking.
- Handle employee investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
- Drive training and development strategies to support employee success.
- Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning.
- Manage health & safety standards, workplace policies, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience; 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, etc.).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
