Job Title: HR Manager

Job Description:

Raj Innotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing employee performance, hiring new employees, and handling all HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Design and implement employee performance management programs
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
• Handle all employee-related administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits, and personnel files
• Conduct regular employee evaluations and performance appraisals
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and termination procedures
• Develop and conduct employee training programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in HR management
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software

Salary: 25000+
