Treamis International School is looking for an experienced HR Manager who can handle both people operations and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing school staff, teachers, leadership teams, and admin employees.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Hiring teachers, academic leaders, admin and support staff
• HR Policies: Implementing, updating, and ensuring compliance with school HR policies
• Grievance Handling: Addressing staff concerns with fairness, confidentiality, and empathy
• HR Software Management: Maintaining employee data, attendance, and HR systems
• Payroll Management: Coordinating payroll, salary structure, increments, and corrections
• PF & Statutory Compliance: Handling PF, ESI, onboarding documentation, and exit procedures
• Employee Engagement: Supporting staff wellbeing, communication, and culture-building

Requirements

• 4–8 years of HR experience (school experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, PF, and HR operations
• Good communication, listening skills, and people-handling ability
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple departments
