We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to manufacturing plant HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end HR operations & payroll management
• Statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Labour Laws
• Attendance, shift management, manpower planning
• Recruitment for technical & non-technical roles
• Employee engagement & grievance handling
• Coordination with production & management teams
• Handling audits & maintaining HR documentation

Eligibility:

• 7–8 years HR experience in a manufacturing company (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of IR, statutory compliance & plant HR
• Good communication & team-handling skills
