Role Overview
You’ll handle employee relations, field workforce issues, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations across multiple regions. This is not a desk job. You’ll deal with real-time escalations, disputes in the field, performance issues, and discipline management for sales, support, and backend teams. If someone can’t take tough calls or handle people problems with clarity, they won’t fit here.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations (ER)
- Resolve employee grievances from field staff, sales teams, support teams, and HO employees.
- Handle misconduct, performance issues, dispute cases, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct fact-finding, prepare enquiry documents, and coordinate with legal if needed.
- Support managers with conflict handling and documentation.
Industrial Relations (IR) for a Non-Union Setup
(Mswipe doesn’t run manufacturing, so IR here is more about workforce control, compliance, and contractor management.)
- Manage contract staff, vendor compliance, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure labour law compliance across locations (Shops & Establishments, POSH, CLRA, PT, PF, ESIC).
- Monitor ground issues in offices or field clusters and act before problems escalate.
- Support audits and coordination with authorities when required.
HR Operations
- Handle onboarding, documentation, attendance issues, and employee file upkeep.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, confirmations, exits, F&F, and statutory records.
- Ensure zero-error compliance reporting.
- Maintain HR dashboards for absenteeism, discipline cases, and field performance trackers.
- Draft clear SOPs, notices, and communication—no vague or confusing instructions.
Engagement & Culture
- Run practical engagement activities that support retention and performance, not just events.
- Conduct skip-level interactions to understand ground realities.
- Identify behavioural risks early and recommend actions.
Skills You Need
- Strong grip over labour laws and compliance for multi-state operations.
- Confidence to handle conflicts, investigations, and tough calls.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to work with sales heads, cluster managers, HRBPs, and legal.
- Good judgment and the ability to see problems before they blow up.
Education
- MBA / MSW / MLW in HR with (5 to 8 Years Experience)
- Extra labour law certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,268,716.33 per year
