Job Description:
SourceTeK, a portfolio company of The Services Tree, is hiring an HR Manager for a well-established software house. We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive HR professional who understands both local and international software house setups, and can manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, facilitating smooth HR operations, and supporting the company’s culture and growth. The role requires strong knowledge of HR best practices within tech and software development environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for local and international roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes.
- Maintain talent pipelines for future roles.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee onboarding, documentation, and orientation of new hires.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR documentation.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
Employee Relations & Culture Building
- Address employee concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Ensure a healthy, positive, and productive workplace environment.
- Facilitate engagement activities, team-building, and culture initiatives.
Performance Management
- Implement KPIs and OKRs relevant to software house operations.
- Coordinate probation reviews, promotions, and performance improvement plans.
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in payroll coordination with finance.
- Manage employee benefits, medical, and allowances.
- Conduct salary benchmarking for tech roles.
Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and arrange training sessions.
- Develop competency frameworks for technical teams.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare employment contracts, NDAs, and international hiring documentation.
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare HR dashboards, attrition reports, and hiring analytics.
- Provide insights to management for decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in software houses or IT companies.
- Familiarity with local and international tech hiring practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS tools.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
