Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager with strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processing, recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance. The candidate will manage HR operations for our Chennai branch and support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment and handle talent acquisition
• Manage onboarding, induction & HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leave & payroll coordination
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
• Execute performance management processes
• Organize employee engagement and retention activities
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture
• Prepare HR reports & maintain HR MIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration
• 3–4 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
• Industry experience in travel & tourism is a plus
