Job Description – Senior HR Manager (Hiring & Training Specialist)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive with strong experience in online hiring, candidate screening, onboarding, and basic job training. The role requires a proactive HR professional who can independently manage the full hiring cycle for remote job profiles, ensure quality candidate selection, and deliver smooth induction training.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring (Primary Role)

  • Source candidates online through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Internshala, and other platforms.
  • Create job postings, manage applicant pipelines, and conduct initial telephonic/video screening.
  • Filter, shortlist, and schedule interviews for remote job roles.
  • Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, attitude, experience, and job fit.
  • Maintain structured hiring reports and dashboards.

2. Onboarding & Training

  • Conduct basic on-the-job training for newly hired remote employees.
  • Explain company SOPs, KPIs, work expectations, tools, and workflows.
  • Ensure new hires complete documentation, ID verification, and onboarding forms.
  • Conduct orientation sessions on company culture, communication standards, and work ethics.

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records, attendance reports, and joiner/exit data.
  • Monitor performance during the first 30–60 days and coordinate with team leads for feedback.
  • Support management in strengthening HR processes and improving hiring quality.
  • Handle general HR tasks such as employee engagement, discipline, and compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years of proven hiring/recruitment experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in sourcing online candidates for remote jobs.
  • Ability to independently manage mass hiring and fast hiring cycles.
  • Excellent English communication – spoken & written.
  • Good understanding of job roles across sales, operations, support, admin, tech, and creative fields.
  • Strong basic training and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR tools, Excel/Sheets, ATS, job portals, Zoom/Meet, and CRM dashboards.
  • Professional attitude, strong follow-up skills, and high ownership mindset.
