About the Role

Shams & Brothers Group is seeking a highly skilled, mature, and responsible HR Manager to lead and manage the complete HR function across multiple business units.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations, along with the ability to work under high responsibility and strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Benefits & Compliance

  • Manage EOBI & PESSI registration, updating, payment, and documentation.
  • Maintain monthly fluctuations and ensure strict compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain error-free records and coordinate with Directors for approvals.

2. Workforce & Admin Coordination

  • Manage employee issues related to leave, attendance, transfer, discipline, behavior, loans, advances.
  • Ensure full productivity through proactive HR practices.
  • Resolve internal conflicts, admin bottlenecks, and blame-game culture.

3. Payroll & Attendance

  • Manage manual & system-based gate attendance.
  • Prepare payroll, deductions, overtime, leaves reports for monthly salary processing.
  • Share payroll with management for approval and coordinate with Accounts for disbursement.

4. Performance Management System

  • Implement PMS based on JDs, KRAs, KPIs.
  • Conduct evaluations with HODs and take corrective actions.
  • Manage increments, promotions, and performance letters.

5. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Perform manpower analysis against HOD requests.
  • Manage job portals, CV sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling & interviews.
  • Maintain a soft and hard CV database for urgent hiring needs.

6. Recruitment & Selection Procedures

  • Manage complete R&S cycle: postings → screening → interviews → selection.

7. Onboarding & Orientation

  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee documentation.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and maintain employee files.
  • Manage allocation of assets (SIM, mobile, laptop, vehicle).

8. Employee Relations

  • Resolve conflicts and handle disciplinary actions.
  • Guide employees and maintain a positive environment.

9. Exit Management

  • Manage clearances, asset return, exit interviews, and final settlement coordination as per policy.

10. HR Documentation & Records

  • Maintain employee files & HR letters: confirmations, warnings, terminations, increments, promotions.
  • Issue inter-office correspondence as required.

11. HR Policies & Organizational Development

  • Develop & implement HR policies and SOPs.
  • Revise JDs, structure, grade charts, salary slabs with Director Operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Strong command over HR operations, payroll, labor laws, compliance & recruitment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving & leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems.
  • Ability to handle multi-unit HR operations independently.
