The HR Manager at CabXperts will be responsible for managing all human resource functions, ensuring smooth employee operations, enforcing company policies, building a healthy workplace culture, and supporting the company’s growth by hiring and training the right talent. This role requires someone who is proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling day-to-day workforce management in a 24/7 operations environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field).
  • 1–2 years of HR experience (BPO or dispatch industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, conflict management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with night shifts and UK-based operations is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
