Position Summary
We are hiring an HR Manager with 1+ years of experience to oversee daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-focused, and capable of managing HR functions independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate recruitment, job postings, screening, and interviews
• Lead onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Handle employee queries, workplace concerns, and basic conflict resolution
• Support payroll processing and manage attendance/leave systems
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements
• Assist in performance review cycles and employee development programs
• Organize employee engagement activities to support a positive work culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and basic labor regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Experience with HR software/HRMS is an added advantage
