As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Handle onboarding and induction programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal events to enhance workplace culture.
  • Support performance management and employee relations activities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and assist in HR audits when necessary.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as required by management.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department in day-to-day functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Sound knowledge of HR policies, practices, and labor laws.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
