Need HR Manager for UK based Retail Food Industry.

Job Description -

• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Employee Relations: Managing complex people matters, including performance management, absence, and formal employee relations cases with fairness..
• Training and Development: Developing career progression pathways and mentoring opportunities for colleagues to grow and succeed.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all processes meet legal standards and promoting employee safety guidelines.
• Operational Support: Providing support and acting as a trusted advisor to line managers, sometimes assuming overall responsibility for running the store in the absence of more senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
