1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching, and support staff.
  • Draft job descriptions, advertise vacancies, screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate selection procedures.
  • Conduct background verification and ensure proper onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain updated employee records and personnel files.

2. Onboarding & Orientation

  • Conduct induction programmes for new staff.
  • Ensure all staff receive school policies, code of conduct, safety guidelines, and role expectations.
  • Issue appointment letters, ID cards, biometric registration, and staff portal configuration.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor staff attendance through ERP/biometric system.
  • Manage leave records, permissions, and attendance regularization.
  • Ensure accurate submission of monthly attendance for payroll processing.

4. Payroll Coordination

  • Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing, salary revisions, increment letters, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Address employee payroll queries and maintain confidentiality of records.

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure all HR policies, school rules, and safety guidelines are followed by staff.
  • Maintain compliance with CBSE/Kerala educational norms regarding staff qualification, records, service books, and staff training.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures when required.

6. Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, or disputes.
  • Promote a healthy workplace environment and professional staff behaviour.
  • Coordinate welfare activities, staff meetings, and communication between management and employees.

7. Training & Performance Management

  • Organize periodic training programmes, workshops, and professional development sessions for teaching and admin staff.
  • Support departments with performance reviews, appraisals, and goal setting.
  • Maintain documentation of training hours as per CBSE norms.

8. Documentation & HR Records

  • Maintain and update statutory documents, staff service books, contracts, experience letters, and memos.
  • Ensure timely preparation of letters: confirmation, appraisal, warnings, experience certificates, etc.

9. Safety, Security & Discipline

  • Coordinate with security and transport teams for ID verification and campus safety.
  • Ensure staff adherence to safety procedures, duty allocation, and work ethics.
  • Support in conducting emergency drills and safety training.

10. Administrative Support

  • Assist management in school events, inspections, audits, and accreditation work.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with all departments—Admin, Transport, Accounts, Academics—for smooth functioning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
